- CONSULTANCY SERVICE

regolamento di attuazione della direttiva europea 89/106/CEE relativa ai
prodotti da costruzione. Tale decreto sancisce l'obbligo della marcatura
CE che, per quanto riguarda gli schermi oscuranti è già in vigore in
conformità della norma UN EN 13659 e per quanto riguarda le finestre
entrerà in vigore dal 1° marzo 2009 in conformità alla norma UNI EN
14351-1.

5 dicembre 1997, attuativo dalla legge 26 ottobre 1995 n. 447. Dispone ad
esempio un isolamento acustico standardizzato di facciata minimo di 40 dB
in caso di residenze
- DLGS
19 agosto 2005 n. 192, attuativo della direttiva europea 2002/91/CE
relativo al rendimento energetico nell'edilizia.
- DLGS
6 settembre 2005 n. 206 “codice del consumo”. Assicura un elevato livello
di tutela dei consumatori e degli utenti.
- Norma UNI 10818. Regola le funzioni e
le responsabilità in ambito di posa in opera dei serramenti nel cantiere.
