All sides are made of sandwich panels of thickness 15 mm with inner core of
solid wood listel balanced on both sides of 2.5 mm MDF and possibly
sliced from the same species of wood available for window and door frames. The
door is locked, with bent metal profiles, to the aluminum continuous profiles
attached to the top and bottom horizontal structure. Operated from below the
box, a screw electical terminal blocks in eccentric position locks the door.
Painting with diluted resins in water and a cycle of three applications ensure
a long life to the artefact. Within the increasingly need for energy savings
and comfort of our boxes are available in variants with thermal insulation and
/or produced by the thermal-acoustics internal application of materials such as
wool polyester, polystyrene and high density polymers. |
