With master frame of nominal section mm. 101 x 87, shutters of nominal
section mm. 85 x 99, its four structural rabbets with double room of compensation E-NORMA is the result of a
project for an advanced product which preface the innovative concept of
“wood-wood system”.
Such a system foresees the combining to a base structure, comparable to
the series “ICIF 68”, of external frames, even in different species of wood
than the basic, resulting in the following design objectives:
- Elimination of the internal glass stopper with
maintenance of the correct procedure of installation of glasses by suitable
thickness locking and bracing;
- Double aesthetic solution, in alternative, of the internal profile
which circumscribe the glass;
- Possibility of different kind of wood between the internal and the
external;
- Possibility of different painting from the internal to the external(two-colored
);
- Possibility to choose, for the internal, a particular painting with a
certain effect that can not be used for external window and door frames;
- Possibility of maintenance of the only external frame with further simplification about the procedure. It is possible the
disassembly of the external frame;
- The significant increase in thickness, whether in the shutter or in the
master frame, and the concomitant addition of a rabbet, allow even better
performance relative to weather and thermal-acoustic insulation;
- The peculiar design
of the external frame profile, with the alternative variety for central
junctions and with the various possibilities of application in the wall, can
alternatively satisfy whether the need of an aesthetic window prospectively
"light" or a window prospectively "heavy";

89/106/EEC on construction products, implemented by the State with DPR 21 April
1993, n-246. The ICIF also declares that: WINDOWS and GATES PEDESTRIAN characteristics
have stabilized in accordance with the European standard: EN 14351-1: 2006. |
